With my practical knowledge of the environmental industry and my experience in providing environmental inspections / consulting, I believe that I can offer you the professional environmental inspection and consulting services you require in today’s market place at a competitive price.

I have performed hundreds of environmental site assessments and environmental inspections on commercial, industrial, manufacturing, vacant, and residential properties in over 12 different states. Rhoades Environmental is certified to inspect a variety of hazardous contaminates including, but not limited to: asbestos, radon, gases / vapors, and lead. Rhoades Environmental is also certified to perform indoor air quality studies, supervise hazardous material projects, and specifically certified to conduct all phases of environmental site assessments.

Additionally, I have over 22 years experience in conducting certified environmental training classes in the areas of asbestos (inspections, management, supervision, and project design), lead paint (inspection and removal supervision), radon (inspection and mitigation), environmental regulations, environmental site assessments, safety, and indoor air quality. Rhoades Environmental has provided these services to the Southwestern Indian Polytechnical Institute (SIPI), University of Texas – Arlington & the University of New Mexico. I was also the primary environmental instructor for the University of New Mexico’s – Continuing Education environmental training program while their program was active.

Rhoades Environmental once provided a monthly column to the Rio Rancho Chamber of Commerce Newsletter concerning various environmental issues, which is written as an informational tool to its members on a variety of environmental related topics.
